Following on from a win in the previous round of the Big Mountain Enduro, Isabella Naughton finishes on the podium again in Durango, Colorado.

The third round of the Big Mountain Enduro took place this past weekend in Durango, Colorado. Fresh off a win in the previous round, Isabella Naughton podiums again in Pro Women's with a second-place time of 44:49.36, just 1:14 minutes behind the leader.

The conditions were hot and dusty in the majestic San Juan Mountains of Colorado, the Liv Racing Collective athlete explained her methods before the race. "Being at such a high elevation and with super warm weather, I knew I needed to drink lots of fluids and remember to eat as much as I could to make it through the race days. I also prepared by taking time to practice what I didn’t feel super comfortable on as well as watching Gopro to make sure I knew the stages the best I could."

The two-day event consisted of eight stages and included some epic backcountry trails, Naughton candidly shared her thoughts on the race which resulted in an impressive second-place finish. "Round 3 was not an easy task, the stages had a mix of everything from pedally flow trails to gnarly downhill tracks. My Intrigue LT Advanced Pro gave me the confidence I needed to attack each stage to the best of my abilities. I’m happy to finish 2nd this weekend against some very fast Pro ladies!"
