In the final day of the four-day Ladies Tour of Norway, Alison Jackson secured the points classification victory after two superb intermediate sprints.

Liv Racing WorldTeam athlete Alison Jackson rode a strong final day of the Ladies Tour of Norway to finish on top of the points classification. Jackson finished third in the first intermediate sprint of the day and first in the second, earning her the coveted green jersey. She finished in the lead group, sprinting to an eighth-place finish.

“It was quite a fight for the green jersey,” said Jackson. “The team helped me a lot today. First in the preparation for the first intermediate sprint. There I managed to finish third behind the breakaway riders, which put me on par with Faulkner in terms of points. In the second intermediate sprint I was able to take the lead. It was great working with the riders and staff. Everyone was on board 110 percent to execute the team plan. I am proud that we can take the green jersey home.”

The result on the fourth and final day of the tour was the culmination of a committed effort from Liv Racing WorldTeam. After the team riders suffered crashes on day one of the tour, they rallied with Jackson sprinting to a podium finish on stage two aboard her Langma Advanced SL Disc.
